Aloha & Love to my #warriorsista @freefitandhappy she’s had to become her own motivation to survive some real life lows in the past year. I’ve watched her go from 0 to 💯 and still going up. I wore my poor running shore out so bad there where holes beginning and the bottom so worn down I could feel it while running and training.
I ran in #SportsAuthority yesterday and these pretty Nike’s were on sale. I’m not one for bold, bright shoes or clothes, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and grab these pretty Nike runners. I have a black/pink pair and love how light on my feet they are. These are great for running at dusk, early morning or night due to the bright colors it’s visible to road traffic..  (at Nike💗)

Go get Saturday!
Don’t discount the weekends for working out. Weekends are the best time to get those hard, killer workouts in that you may have missed or possibility cut short due to work or family responsibilities during the work week. 
My weekend workouts is were I do my best work and I love to go into the beginning of the week sore and ready to keep the momentum going all week long. Once in awhile my rest day will land on a Saturday or Sunday and then I will take it, but not this weekend, it’s workout thru the weekend for this body!
